After an extended search , the owner decided to “build an old mill from scratch”  for the following reasons:

• Lack of available space in the preferred location.
• A desire to provide an optimal light, airy work environment for hard-to-retain high-tech employees.
• Intense technical and connectivity requirements; the complete computer support of up to 400 other mid-sized companies will be “hosted” from this remote location.
