In 1996 our firm was hired to design a renovation and expansion to the existing 77,000 SF Kearsarge Regional High School.  This involved a new 22,000 SF wing and extensive changes to the former open-concept building layout.  The wing was designed to accommodate a 2^nd floor should the need arise.

Eight years later the school was at capacity and the Kearsarge Regional School District once again turned to us for help.  The new 2^nd floor addition totaled 19,300 SF and had to be designed and constructed from March to September of 2004 so that the 1^st floor wing was open for school in the fall.  The 2^nd floor was completed by the end of the year.  The project was under budget and on schedule.
