The managing partners at Sulloway & Hollis had a 150 year history of service in mind when they asked us to redesign their public appearance. Our charge was to provide life to a once dark and tired corporate headquarters and convey a look of conservative elegance. By opening up the building core, reconfiguring the main stairway and using interior glazing we achieved a bright and cheery environment. Through the use of natural materials such as cherry, bamboo and granite the lobby has a sense of sophistication while maintaining a timeless look. Together with Milestone Construction we were able to keep the project under budget by 12%.
