   This 20,000 square-foot Nature Center and store, where visitors will participate in hands-on, interactive programs. Designed to engage all generations in activities and exhibits, the center will focus on themes of wildlife habitats, bird adaptations, and Audubon’s wildlife research work. Offices for the statewide organization occupy upper floors. The Nature Center is designed to be a LEED gold certified project--only the second such “green” project in New Hampshire.

Location: Concord, NH

Client: The Audubon Society of New Hampshire

Project description: Nature Encounter Hall with Outdoor  Habitat trail, and wetland complex.

Clients Business: Protects and enhances New Hampshire's natural environment for wildlife and for people.

Completion Date: Fall 2006
