St. Joseph’s Church had planned to move from downtown Nashua to the outskirts of the City due to population shifts in the area. A previous design and construction team was unable to delivery a project that met the budget. In fact it was way over. We teamed up with Engelberth Construction to meet this challenge.

St. Joseph’s Church was anxious to proceed immediately so design started in the spring of 2000, the team broke ground in the fall. Ultimately we provided a building design that meet all of their needs and expectations while also coming in on budget.
