| A
small NH town decided to locate a new library in a 19th century
village center. Public gathering space was severely limited in
the town; the program included a community meeting room for about
100 people. A cap of 10,000 square feet was considered vital
town acceptance of the project. Staffing for the facility
would occasionally be limited to one or two people. |
