Municipal Projects

We
have designed many public buildings for local towns and we are well
familiar with the special issues involved in presenting a project
before the voters. So far we have enjoyed complete success in helping
to get our projects passed. This is due partly to working on projects
whose time had come, partly through working with dedicated and
energetic townspeople, and partly through our own efforts to get the
design right, on budget and laying it out very clearly for the voters.
Our portfolio includes libraries, police and safety buildings,
offices and master planning for the use of multiple existing buildings.
Projects have ranged from tiny ADA modifications to existing
buildings to large scale new developments.
