A local success story since its start in the 1980’s.  The school is well loved and recognized for its efforts in community outreach. It had however, reached the point where it’s facility, a converted church and rectory in downtown Concord, was the chief limit to its effectiveness.  The school took steps to acquire an adjacent lot through the block to the rear (south) of the building.  The lot was between a somewhat overgrown and rundown public park to the west, and an institutional residence to the east.  It also had the advantage of connecting the complex to another street.  In this neighborhood of alternating one-way streets, this finally offered a solution to car access to the school from a major thoroughfare.
