The Bascetta's just bought a house with a beautiful view of Big Lake Sunapee. The problem? The house was the ugly duckling of the neighborhood and suffered from a serious lack of curb appeal. Our design involved a facelift of sorts. A new entry and porch structure was added across the entire front façade. This included adding to the roof of the garage to help with the building shape. A new deck, enlarged screen porch and paint completed the transformation. SMP was not involved during the construction phase and at that time some of the elements were adjusted.
