The Concord offices of A.G. Edwards and Sons were located in a former agricultural warehouse. The building was cold and drafty, staff space was located on two floors, and client areas were sorely lacking. When the opportunity arose to move to the penthouse of the newest building in Concord, the Capital Commons, they jumped at the chance.

Instruct

The top floor of the Capital Commons contained about 9,200 square feet with 360-degree views, and A.G. Edwards would have the space to themselves. Since the building was under construction, the ownership and design team worked with the developer to coordinate design details, some of which were utilized throughout the core of the building and in the main lobby of this Class A building.

Build

The new design provided a sophisticated atmosphere with improved client space, training, conference rooms, and a well-appointed waiting area. It also imbues the professional spirit of A.G. Edwards and allows them to better serve their clients, now and into the future.
